Sunday, February 5, 2012 - My Visit to The Score Group in Miami

My trip to Score last week was hectic but lots of fun.  I arrived in Miami last Monday afternoon and spent all day Tuesday and Wednesday shooting new videos and still photos.  I shot three new videos for them, two of which will appear on one of their many websites - www.60plusmilfs.com.  As soon as I know when the videos are posted on the site, I will let you know.  The photos will eventually appear in one of Score's magazines but I don't know which one at this time.  I've appeared twice in 40Something Magazine.

Score Group is a wonderful company to work for.  They treat their models very well, pay all expenses and I came home with a very nice check!  They have a large facility in Miami - lots of different sets.  Everyone on their staff is professional and courteous.  The male models I worked with were great guys and lots of fun.  The photographer/videographer I worked with was fun as well.  He kept us laughing so much that we had to settle down to film different scenes!

The photo below is just a shot of Ocean Drive.  Sadly, that's not where Score's studio is located and they keep you so busy you don't have time to do any sightseeing.

 Friday, January 27, 2012 - Fun In Vegas

Last week in Sin City was absolutely terrific!  My date picked me up at the airport in a limo and we took the long way to Mandalay Bay so that we could sip champagne and check out the Strip.  After we got settled, we had dinner at the  China Grill.  Excellent!  The next night my date took me and my friend Darla to Red Square for another excellent dinner.  After dinner we gambled for awhile and finished off the evening over drinks in one of the casino cocktail lounges.  A good time was had by all!

We had lunch the next day at Mon Ami Gabi at Paris, then rambled around the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace, the Venetian and the Bellagio.  Bellagio's beautiful conservatory was decorated in honor of Chinese New Year and was incredibly beautiful.  Sadly, the art gallery was closed as they were preparing for an exhibit of Monet's work. 

After my date had to leave, I stayed with my friend Darla at her lovely condo and we did all kinds of "girl stuff" (shopping, eating, yakking) in addition to some truly fun doubles dates.

Two days after I returned home to Phoenix, I shot two new videos and some photo sets for a  production company that contacted me before I left for Vegas.  As soon as I know on which site and when my videos will appear, I will let you know.

Last but not least, I'm leaving this coming Monday for a 2-day shoot with another well known company.  I will keep you posted on when those videos will be available.  There will also be a magazine shoot for one of their many publications.  I've worked with them before and I'm truly delighted to be working with them again.

Tuesday, January 10, 2012 - Viva Las Vegas!

 On Monday, January 16, 2012, I will be headed to Las Vegas and will be there through Friday, January 20, 2012.  I will be staying part of the time at Mandalay Bay and part of the time with a good friend and fellow provider. 

I'm very excited about my visit to Sin City.  I plan to sample a few of the many terrific eateries in the city, I'm dying to try the Ice Bar at Mandalay Bay, the art gallery at Bellagio (always a favorite of mine), the shopping (another favorite) and certainly spending time with my friend Darla.  Not only is she absolutely stunning, she has a great personality and we have shared many laughs with each other.  I'm including a photo of her here so that you can put a face with the name.

Friday, November 11, 2011 - Veteran's Day

I wanted to take the opportunity to express my deepest thanks to those men who have served or continue to serve in the Armed Forces. 

Though I do not believe that wars, for the most part, resolve anything, I do believe in the men who serve.  Many of them have, over the course of our history, given their lives, their health and sometimes their personal freedom for their country. 

So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. 

Sunday, October 30, 2011 - Valley Ho

This past week I spent a couple of days at the Valley Ho in Scottsdale.  It's a wonderful old hotel that was quite the hang-out in the early 60s with the likes of Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner.  The resort was completely renovated a few years ago to reflect that 60s flavor. 

We had both lunch and dinner at their restaurant called ZuZu's and it was excellent.  We had lunch al fresco and the weather was beautiful, as only the Phoenix area can be in the late fall.  Dinner was wonderful as well.  I tried a peach martini and it was excellent!

My favorite thing about our room was the soaking tub.   I took full advantage of it and truly wish I had one of my own! 

If you visit our fair city, I highly recommend the Valley Ho!

While I was there, I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot and got many great photos.   

Sunday, October 23, 2011 - A Heartfelt Thank You

For those gentlemen who have seen me on a consistent basis I want to tell you how much I appreciate you.  I am honored that you continue to choose to spend time with me when there are so many lovely ladies out there from whom to choose.  I value you and will always do my best to make every experience you have with me better each time we meet.  I want you to know that you will never be taken for granted.

I want to thank those of you who have brought me flowers, wine, gift cards, stockings, fragrance and even treats for my dogs. 

You are what makes what I do a real pleasure.  On those days when I receive nothing but bargain hunters, men who do not believe a reference is something they should be required to provide, or any of a dozen other ludicrous proposals, you are what keeps me going.  Your patronage is what makes it all worthwhile to me.

So again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wednesday, October 12, 2011 - References and Why I Require Them

What I'm going to say here applies more to those gentlemen who are seeking the services of an escort for the first time.  Almost without exception, the emails and phone calls I answer from "Newbies" express shock and discomfort when I inform them that I do not book appointments with a man I have never seen before unless he is able to provide me with a reference. 

I offer up the standards, e.g., membership in a dating site such as Preferred411 or Date-Check or, in the alternative, the name and contact information for another lady or ladies they have seen recently. 

When the gentleman tells me he is new to obtaining the services of a companion and has none of the above, I offer the alternative of providing me with the name of their employer or their full (real) name, a telephone number and an email address, they inevitably come back with comments such as "I'm just not comfortable giving out personal information like that."

Yet I am supposed to invite them into my home knowing absolutely nothing about them.  They could be associated with law enforcement, they could be a serial killer or just some strange pervert who might hurt me.

Gentlemen, you are not ordering a pizza here!  I am a human being, a woman living alone and one can never be too careful.  For those of you not familiar with the verification process, you are going to find that any lady worth your hard earned dollars is not going to see you unless she can be assured that you are who you say you are. 

Are there ladies out there who will see you without a reference?  I'm sure there are but how can you be sure you will not be ripped off, that she is drug and disease-free and legitimate?  If you choose to see someone who does not require a reference, "you pays your money and you takes your chances." 

Let me assure you that I practice reference checking with the utmost discretion.  It is certainly not to my advantage to do otherwise.  If I contact your employer, I make one simple phone call and ask for you by name.  If I am transferred to your line, I hang up immediately.  If I am told you're not available and do I wish to leave a message, I say "no thank you" and hang up.  I simply want to ensure myself that you do in fact work there. 

Your personal life is your business, just as mine is my business.  I don't care how much money you make, I don't care what position you hold, I don't care if you're married.  I do care about my personal safety and wellbeing.

A couple of months ago I was contacted by a gentleman who had seen one of my ads and he was interested in scheduling an appointment with me.  He inquired about my rate.  I responded to his email with my rate and received a response from him stating that if I were in my 20s or 30s, he would have no problem with my rate; however, at my age, I should be charging much less. 

Whatever possessed him to make such a ludicrous remark?  Because, here in America, we've been steeped for many years in the fantasy that men get better with age while women just get old. (This statement is pure crap.  Many men age horribly.) Youth sells - everything from automobiles to sex.  Along came magazines such as Playboy, Penthouse and Hustler to perpetuate the idea that only young women are sexy and appealing.  Men have traditionally lusted after 20-somethings and prize the acquisition of one, as a wife, girl friend or escort, much as they would prize a hunting trophy.  Ergo the term "trophy wife." 

Well boys, keep your socks up because, in the immortal words of Bob Dylan, "The times they are a changin'."  First came "MILFS", then "Cougars."  We older ladies have become the hot ticket.  There are now an abundance of older women being featured in magazines and films.  Helen Mirren beat out Megan Fox a couple of years ago in GQ's "Sexiest Woman Alive" readers' poll.  Yes, Helen Mirren who is 65 years old.  The worm has turned and now it's not at all unusual to see much younger men involved with older women. 

Younger men find the aura of the older, sophisticated, polished, intelligent and extremely sensual woman to be very appealing.  In addition to this, many of you older gentleman (the thinking variety) prefer women closer to their own age.  I wish I had a $100 bill for every client who has said to me that he would feel very uncomfortable with a woman young enough to be his daughter or, in some cases, his granddaughter. 

Both the younger and older gentlemen in this category understand what mature women bring to the table.  I would like to digress here for a moment - "mature" for me means over 45.  If you are younger than this, you are not "mature."  You have simpy not lived long enough to have the experiences and the knowledge that gives older women their mystique.

Young women have their charms and I would never deny that.  However, we older ladies possess an entirely different set of charms. 

For you gentlemen who wouldn't dream of seeing a mature woman or who expect her to offer bargain basement prices because she is desperate, I will simply say to you "don't knock it until you've tried it."

Saturday, September 24, 2011 - I Love Napa!

I took a mini-vacation to the exquisite Napa Valley a couple of weeks ago.  What a beautiful place.  For those of you who are wine afficionados, this is definitely the place you want to be.  The wineries are incredible, the vineyards breathtaking and the weather was superb. 

As if all this wasn't enough, dining is an epicurean experience.  Napa offers wonderful choices for the "foodies" among you.  If you go, don't miss the Oxbow Public Market.  It contains an array of delicious choices from fine wine to cheeses to spices.  I was attracted like a magnet to Kara's Kupcakes!  Much to my delight, I've learned that I can order from them online.  We got lunch at the Kitchen Door and sat out on the deck, enjoying the beauty of the day.  I can also highly recomment Cole's Chophouse and Celadon for an incredible (and romantic) dining experience.

There are many, many wineries to choose from.  One of those that I visited was Darioush.  Gorgeous place with great wine!  If you visit, make sure to take home some of their lemon verbena soap.  Another winery I especially enjoyed was Chimney Rock.

If you're looking for a wonderful place to visit, I highly recommend Napa!

Friday, September 9, 2011 - What Are Men Looking for From a Companion?

Now there's the $64 million question!  Oh, I understand that every man is an individual, unique in his idea of what kind of woman he wants to spend some time with. 

Almost all of the older gentlemen I have seen have made the comment that they do not wish to spend time with someone who is, in some cases, young enough to be their granddaughter.  They have expressed the need to be with a lady who can relate to them, who can carry on a conversation, who can provide them with attention and affection and make them feel that the situation is more than a business transaction.

The younger men I have seen express to me that they have always fantasized about an older woman.  Many times, they wish to act out a fantasy scenario.  They have had a crush on a friend of their mother's, a school teacher, a librarian at some time in their lives.

Perhaps the better question would be how one goes about marketing oneself to these particular gentlemen.  I would like to ask those of you who may have some thoughts in this regard to send me an email with your ideas.  It will help me to get a better idea of how best to present myself to reach those men who are looking for that very special woman who can fulfill their desires and fantasies.

Friday, September 2, 2011 - Bad Date

Yes, the other night I had a bad date.  I can honestly say this is the first time I've had the experience.  I hope it never happens again and I'm choosing to consider it a learning experience.  I learned two important lessons from this incident:  (1) Always make sure the donation amount is discussed prior to the date.  I had (incorrectly) assumed the gentleman knew the donation amount as he never questioned me about it.  I was wrong.  (2) Always obtain the donation prior to any service being provided. 

The entire evening was ruined when I asked the gentleman how long he was planning to stay, as an hour had already passed and I wanted to make sure he was okay with a multi-hour appointment.  He was quite shocked at the donation amount for one hour.  He decided that he didn't wish any additional time.  Further, I'm sure he felt cheated.  I'm not going to provide any details here.  Suffice it to say that had he not had several Margaritas and two glasses of wine at dinner, things would have gone much better.  It has been my experience that too much alcohol and amorous adventures do not go well together.

He did pay the donation, albeit grudgingly and left my home in a huff.  There were a few moments when I felt most uncomfortable and a bit frightened.  I will never put myself in that position again.

In summary, donation amounts will definitely be discussed in advance of any appointment and that donation will definitely be paid prior to any services being rendered.  I shall be very strict about this!

Friday, August 19, 2011 - My Adult Films

Thought you might enjoy a peek at stills from a couple of my adult films.  The first is called "Principal Boyde" and I'm having a serious meeting with one of my student's fathers about his son's naughty behavior.  Before you know it, Dad and I are indulging in some naughty behavior of our own!
